2W037-1 Double Adjusting Adaptor, rotatable, Titanium

Created for use when distance is a problem and conventional double head adaptors do not solve issues requiring rotation of components. Now, to modify the angle of the socket and pylon, this double-head receiver rotates to make final adjustments for correct toe out and knee directions.
